I've used Scales, Tails & Paws for several years with my two English Black Labs. I have nothing but positive things to say about the service and the caregivers/walkers. They are caring, loving and have gotten to know my pets throughout the years. I've gone from losing one of my older female labs to adding a new puppy to our home and they have transitioned right along with me. I love the ability to schedule -- and re-schedule online and pay online. I'm texted and emailed everytime our walker is at the house along with pictures of my two fur babies enjoying their playtime or walk time. We their services daily Monday - Friday and on some weekends as well. Any issues I've had throughout the years (which have been far and few) have been dealt with immediately, professionally and followed up on. We are moving out of their service area and will miss them tremendously. I truly have only positive comments about their service and their careproviders. We will miss them!

Pet sitters/walkers are kind, professional, and our two grand dogs love them. They come in the day or late afternoon and let them out, feed if needed. The pet sitters follow instructions, dogs are always well cared for, clean water, and they send a nice email & doggy picture after the visit to let you know how doggies are. We have pet device used for years & love them.

Tremendous. Great updates so we always knew out tomcat was in good hands.

Very well; they were responsive and did everything they said they would do including reviving the sick tree.

While we were gone we received daily updates and pictures by phone which was helpful. Upon our return we discovered that the key to our house was left on the kitchen counter. At the time I thought it was perhaps a duplicate. I then found out it was left behind by the sitter. So that got me wondering how the sitter left our house locked that last day since you can not lock our exterior doors without a key. And if the sitter misplaced the key, why did the lost key not get reported to the owner or noticed it was missing. We cancelled our future reservations.

A fantastic service. We've been relying on Ingrid and her team for more than a year and couldn't be more pleased. When out of town, we get routine calls, emails and an occasional picture of the cats at play. One of our cats is prone to seizures and receives up to four different liquid medications twice daily as treatment. We know our cats are in excellent, caring hands when we are away from home. When we return from our trips, we find detailed notes summarizing the sitter's visits.

The pet's did well and seemed happy when we returned home.  We were really pleased with the emails while we were away and the daily notes left about our pets on our return, especially on our dog who we were worried about since he has only stayed with family when we travel. I would feel comfortable using this pet sitter again.

Very well, Ingrid really provides me a peace of mind.  I know my puppy will be well cared for when I am at work, most importantly, I don't have to worry about looking for reliable pet sitters on a regular basis for now and in the future, so I can concentrate on my work and other activities.  I especially like the "time to pet " service, Ingrid always sends me pictures of my puppy and some notes while she was at my place, so I feel that I am still connected to him even though I am far away.  Ingrid not just feeds my puppy, and takes him out for potty breaks and walks, she also interacts with him, constantly provides games or toys to stimulate his mind.  She also provides basic training while she's with him.  I am so happy to have found her, thanks to Angie's list.  I also had recommended her to many of my colleagues.

Scales Tails and Paws is a very organized, professionally-run pet sitting group. Our experience has been with Ingrid, who obviously loves animals and gives our kitties the kindest and most loving care. I wouldn't hesitate to rely on her in case of emergency, though we haven't had to do so. She takes care of the house also and we can be away knowing that all is well. Communication is prompt, which hasn't always been the case with previous sitters. We recommend her highly.

I found this company on Angie's list a couple years ago and have been using them steadily since. They have a key to the cat's garage and I've had no problems with them. Communication is excellent with them. I just leave a note if anything beyond the normal needs to happen. They have been consistent, reliable and are very friendly. My cats love them. The cats come into the garage at night easier for them than they do for us, so I know the cats are comfortable with them. I highly recommend this company for any of your away from home pet needs. I find their price reasonable as they come to the house twice a day and take care of 4 cats. The price I listed is for 4 visits to my house. I will use them again in the future. We have been using Scales, Tails & Paws for about a year or so now, they always do a great job taking care of our dogs.  We have used them for everything from just an afternoon visit, to watching our dogs all week while we're on vacation.  We enjoy reading through their "report card" to see how things went while we were gone.  Additionally, they will bring in the mail and packages without asking which is appreciated.  Met with Ingrid & Molly on the first visit, and they have been the primary pet sitters (although they have others too).  We would not hesitate to recommend them, it is much more convenient than constantly taking our dogs to a boarding facility due to the amount of travel we have for work.

They did a fantastic job! Scales Tails and Paws replied to our inquiry about their services right away, unlike the other service we contacted.   Ingrid came over with Molly, who was going to be our main pet sitter, and met the girls and were very responsive to all our questions and concerns.  The days that we need them, they always came by around the times we wanted them to, and they left great notes about how the visit went.  The dogs adjusted so very quickly and seemed to have no problem with the new routine and I believe Molly & Ingrid's visits were the reason.
Their website is user friendly and it's great that you can log in and see what services you've scheduled.  
I would recommend them highly for anyone looking for pet sitting services.

I've worked with Scales, Tails, and Paws for several years now and they come on a regular basis to walk my two canine girls and give medication to one of my canine girls.   They understand that one of our canine girls, Molly, has special needs.   They have gone above and beyond to accommodate us and are very sensitive to Molly's needs for which I'm very grateful!    She's such a special girl and I'm so grateful for the assistance that Scales, Tails & Paws has given us so that we can provide Molly with a better quality of life.
When they need to introduce a new dog walker, it is done with consideration of Molly and her needs to minimize her stress.    They show great care for my canine girls and I'm so grateful for their approach, their consideration, their special care, and that they provide me with daily updates as to how the visits go each day.

It went very well. I feel very comfortable with Ingrid and trust her to come to my home. I have used them several times and would highly recommend them to others. I knew a lady who worked for them a few years ago. That is how I found out about them.

We have two cats and use ST&P for our vacations. They are, seriously, the best we've ever used. Communication before setting up services is thorough and includes a house visit to meet not only you, but the pet(s). Ingrid has an extensive questionnaire and asks detailed questions about the care you desire and the animals, including their personalities and quirks. An example being our Zoe. She's very shy and the typical 'scardy cat' around strangers and the unknown. ST&P are familiar with handling this kind of pet and before long, even Zoe was coming out to visit! Being slightly OCD, I also type out a list of details regarding food amounts, locations, etc., and leave that for the sitter, but I know that I really don't need to do this, as the forms and interview with Ingrid covers everything. It just makes me feel a little more secure about their care and Ingrid graciously humors me. The pet sitter completes a form of the details of each visit, and this last time, Peggy filled in when Ingrid had a medical emergency. We loved the little details and humor Peggy gave of her visits! In addition, if you'd like, they will take pictures of your pets during their visits and text them to you. We love this and gives us even more peace of mind while we're gone. Highly recommend this company and am so very appreciative of all they do for our animals while we're away.

Excellent pet sitting service.  Very professional walk-through prior to the first time we used them.  Online registration system is very easy to navigate, and the follow-up confirmation emails shortly before the service period (and emails while traveling) period provides reassurances that all is going well.  Everything was handled as requested during the visits, and our pets seemed in good spirits in spite of us being out of town.  The cost is appropriate for the quality and reliability of the service.  We've been using Scales, Tails, and Paws for a couple years now, and will undoubtedly continue to do so in the future.

They took amazing care of my Danes. They love and play with them as if they are there own pets, which is super important to me. The price is more than your average kennel, but well worth it for the peace of mind it gave me and my husband. They are very professional and cordial. They took great care of my home and cleaned up after themselves. They responded within 24 hours of my initial inquiry. They explained in detail everything they do. They also leave a detailed sheet with times and descriptions of everything that happened that day, as well as texts and pictures. I am beyond relieved to find a company that takes such good care of my pets! They are like our kids. It has been 4 years since we have been able to go on a vacation because we could never find a company good enough for us. I will definitely be using Scales Tails and Paws again and refer friends!!!

I would highly recommend Scales, Tails and Paws.  I broke my ankle and was unable to walk my dogs, I  have a new puppy that has lots of energy and a older dog.  I used the service to walk my dogs and to make sure the dogs got outside once a day.  Kaitlyn was awesome and my dogs loved her, she was extremely helpful and left me notes or informed on what happen while on the walks.  Scales, Tails and Paws was very accommodating with short notice that I gave them in requesting their services.  My dog Annie, was always happy to see Kaitlyn, and I was impressed with the way Kaitlyn handled and played with my dog.  I would definately use Scales, Tails and Paws again.

Don't know what I would do without them. Very reliable. I travel during the week and I never worry that my dogs are left alone Price is per day for walking three dogs

Absolutely wonderful!

We have used Scales Tails & Paws for approximately 6 years.  In addition to daily visits they have provided extended care in my home for our 4 dogs while we were out of town. 

We have found Ingrid and her crew to be capable, caring, conscientious, and dependable.  Our girls do not warm up to most people outside of our immediate family, not the case with Ingrid's crew.  I have witnessed the girl's  gleeful greeting when a member of the crew stops by.  Which has always been comforting to me.  I know they are well cared for in my absences. 

Sadly we are relocating and will sorely miss Ingrid and her crew.  It's going to be very hard to find someone that can live up to the kind of care and level of service we have come to rely on from Ingrid & company.

So if you  or anyone you know is looking for someone to care for their pets while away from home, Scales Tails & Paws is the company you should consider 1st.

I contacted Scales, Tails & Paws via their online contact form and got a quick response from Ingrid, the owner. She promptly set up a home visit to come meet us and our cat, and to go over all their paperwork with us. Our kitty loved her from the moment she walked in the door, and Ingrid immediately made us feel comfortable.
Ingrid emailed us pictures of our kitty many days during our vacation, which was so nice! She also left a detailed logbook page with each visit time and description. In addition, the mail was brought in, the trash was taken out, different lights were switched on, and the indoor plants were watered. Given all that she did, I thought that the price was very reasonable! Our kitty was very well-taken care of, and it's clear that Ingrid and her team love animals. We will be using them again!

Wouldn't you want someone who is passionate about animals there for your pets when you can't be?  Scales, Tails & Paws employees love your pets like family.  They get to know your pet's individual personality and needs.  I have had a great experience with this company from the start, when my now 4-year-old German Shepherd was only 10 weeks old.  They understand animals and know how important their care is to you.  I know I can count on them to be on time, provide first rate care and even alert me to possible health issues which may be occurring.  Most, if not all of the staff is certified in pet first aid. I couldn't be happier with their responsiveness and level of care and would recommend their services to anyone.
Some other thoughts - I especially appreciate the daily updates and photos while I am on vacation.  Of course I miss my pets but I know they are getting great care and have fun with the sitters.  Also, the company  has had a couple of customer appreciation parties. These are nice because you can get to know the sitters more, hear amusing stories about your pets, meet other customers and talk with them (I learned they pet-sit iguanas!), and of course the pizza and cake are nice little perks.  
These people love animals and they truly care.   Top-notch company.
