THEY WERE QUITE PROMPT ABOUT FIXING A DOORKNOB THAT BROKE OFF. THEY WERE VERY QUICK IN THEIR RESPONSE TO PROBLEMS.

USED TO PLANE SOME DOORS. IN THE PROCESS, DOORS WERE SCRATCHED AND WERE LEFT HANGING WITH NO GUIDES. WANTED THEM TO FINISH THE JOB PROPERLY. COMPANY RESPONDED TO NIA-DID NOT RESOLVE. WROTE UP IN 12.99. KM 9/7/99.
