MALLETT CONSTRUCTION

I was very pleased with the work. We signed a contract on Saturday and by the following Wednesday the material was delivered. My roof was completed by the following Saturday.I read the installations instructions on the owens corning website so I could be certain the contractor was installing the product correctly, which they did without any comments from me. I priced the job with 5 different contractors and Mallett Construction provided the most competitive price. I generally do not select the lowest bid out of fear the contractor would cut corners. That was not the case this time. Mallett Construction applied the same owens corning products the other contractors offered and applied them as shown in the ownen corning application instructions. The project was started and completed faster than I expected without any contractor complications. I have not included the price of the project as a project like this will vary depending on the material selected by the homeowner, the size of the home and there were some additional items included in the project.
