Harris Carpet Cleaning has been in business for over 25 years. The company started from scratch by the Harris family. The company gained some of it's first customers by calling from the phone book. As time passed the Harris family had built the company to a respectable level. In 2001 Michael Slone bought the company from the Harris family. From the beginning Michael realized the value of education and certification. After seeing the incredible results from a truck powered steam cleaning machine Michael decided to invest in this technology. Thanks to the world wide web and many media companies out their those phone book calling days are over. Over the past few years Michael has continued to build the company through education, customer service and quality work. Harris Carpet Cleaning has brought a service level that surpasses our customers expectations. Because of the quality of our work and customer service, we have earned our company an outstanding reputation. You see Harris Carpet Cleaning is still a small family owned business. Michael still goes on every job to ensure that the customer receives the highest quality cleaning. Tyler and Jim made a great team and provided some recommendations that will be helpful for ongoing care and stain removal. Affordable and worth every penny. Will recommend to others in the future.

They are excellent and they go right to work. They pick up the furniture and clean underneath it and they do a very thorough job. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely hire them again.

I haven't had it done yet. I usually have it done in the spring. I haven't gotten around to it with the babies spitting up. He's on the floor all of the time and so when I quit taking care of him this spring then I'll get them cleaned. I get them cleaned twice a year, spring and fall; spring after winter and fall to get all the pool people's mess cleaned up. The two of them come, and they work together. They're husband and wife. She knows what he wants done before he asks for it and so forth.They work very well together. I don't see anything being advertised any cheaper.

They are fantastic. In fact no one can beat their prices. I even had two Golden Retrievers, they had hair. I dealt with them for years. More than five years. I would use them if I could.

Was very professional and cleaned carpets well.  The only thing we were disappointed with (and could be due to age of carpets) was that we could still see some dust in deep crevices.  We were told our dyson could get that better than he could.  I was surprised to hear that.

This was a great experience.  In general I have felt that carpet cleaners are dime-a-dozen and have used many different companies but this is one company i will absolutely check with first.  They arrived on time and were very professional.  I planned on only cleaning the basement floors (which they did an awesome job on) but since the price was so reasonable for grout cleaning we added that on the day before they came.  Both jobs they did were excellent and really showed great improvement.  A+ all around.

They did an excellent job. They were very polite, professional, concerned, thorough and very much on time. If there was heavy furniture that I couldn’t move, they would pick it up, clean underneath and put the plastic under the legs. They were very reasonably priced. Their responsiveness and quality were very good. I would recommend them to my friends. I would rate them highly and would most definitely use them again in the future.

They were recommended to us by a neighbor and we have been exceedingly pleased! Rental property carpets can get so abused and Harris always makes them look incredible when they are finished! We would recommend them to anyone!!! They use a steam cleaning system that removes dirt and stains and doesn't leave a soap build up to collect more dirt. He even gave me instructions on how to remove a stain over the phone when my son spilled rust water on my carpet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They showed up on time, pricing was the same as quoted over the phone. The carpet was visibly cleaner after they were done and the pricing was more competitive than other companies I contacted.

I used him all the time. It is local. I did five rooms. He schedules out and is always on time. He updates his equipment. They always show up on time. If he is going to be early he calls. Usually the next day it is dry. They also put plastic under the furniture. I have used them probably five or six years. I use him for normal soil.
