Made the first service appointment at Coughlin Ford , in Johnstown , Ohio. The service is usually free ,but I wanted to use a full synthetic oil and not the synthetic blend that the car calls for. I was willing to pay the difference for the better oil and asked that they let me pay the difference.After waiting around over an hour or so for the service to be completed , the service writer(Jeff) came out to get me and told me that the service was at no charge. He said that the service manager made the call and said that I had been waiting too long. It's nice to see that they value the time of a first time customer and want to take care of them. I will continue to use their service department as long as they give excellent service to their product (Ford) and their customer.

They had a good inventory, and there was no pressure. I'd been to a Ford dealer earlier that gave me a run around on price. Ford was running a lease special in the paper and on the internet. The other dealer blew it off and were going to charge me more money for the same deal.
Coughlin was great about getting me in the car I liked, for the right price. We really like their service.

I have used Coughlin Ford many times, and always have had good service. They are also very honest, seem to be cheaper than Ford Dealerships in Columbus.

For a 15 minute drive out of Columbus, you will save 30 to 40 cents on the dollar versus the big Ford dealerships in the city. Also, service is quick and fast. Very easy to get a loaner/rental car if you need it while your car is being serviced. Staff is friendly, atmosphere is small town business, and honest and trustworthy.
