Gary and Matt and their team were professional, knowledgeable, and cost-aware. The well is now 30 years old and needed a lot of work. They did everything in a step-wise matter, explaining to us each step. A+!!!!

Went great. I had dug down next to the foundation and identified the problem. Josh came out and said either I could enlarge the hole big enough for a person to get into or his company could do it. It would cost $2000 for them to do all the work or approx. $500 if I enlarged the hole my self. I rented an excavator for $200 and they came out and did the repair.

Two guys arrived and were polite and professional the whole time.

This was my first time using the company, and everything went well.  The technician was friendly and knowledegable, he did a good job with the new valve, and he offered to give me information about a new water softener which I appreciated.

Work went very well, passed all inspections with the health department.  Very professional crew.

Brad was incredibly professional and thoughtful about where to put the new well, how to incorporate the old well into our open loop ground source geothermal system and his crew worked around several unexpected obstacles during the drilling and trenching. I always felt comfortable that Brad was on top of the project and very courteous about keeping me up to date on their progress. The cost ended up being driven higher by my selection of the location of the new well and by the number of large rocks that they encountered which drove up the cost of trenching.

Diagnosed the problem and fixed it!

He replied to our call for help in a timely manor. We are new well owners so he explained the workings of the system and made sure the water was flowing cleanly and strong before he left.  he was friendly, polite and knowledgable.

They are A+ in my book all the way.

Excellent service - they know wells & water. They came to repair / service by Water Softner which was not working correctly - the previous WS was leaking resin & sent some granules into the pipes. Not necessarily cheap as quality does cost, but in long run one would save tons of $'s by their superior service. Their rep (i think Terry) is outstanding - worked w/ my insurance service to get the orders in & came with a massive truck with all equipment & parts. Looking @ the WS, said I did not loose any resin & with exception of changing a small funnel that draw water from WS to salt tank (valve or injector) did not recommend any major change thereby giving an honest opinion & saving costs (others would have said buy new WS for ~$2K). He also left me few spare injectors & explained how in future I could do some minor maintainence if needed. Since they were on site, also changed the well cap @ a nominal cost. Also offered that I could call them any time to seek advice. Recommended if I see any resin / granules in future to install an all house fiter at the source between well pump & WS which I may consider if I do see one. Their back-office staff is also very gracious & patient to wait almost 2 months working tirelessly to get the insurance claim, typically they don't work w/ insurance but they did for me - Beinhower would take care of their customers . Since they are so knowledgeable in well water & accompaning equipment (pumps, water softners, well pumps, well service etc) I would not hesitate to call them again inspite of higher cost rather than waste tons of time & money on many providers who have no clue how well / water components work. Beinhower  for sure is my long-term well related provider !

They came on time in found my problem in less time than another company I had look at this same issue.

The service and material was done very well....I was disappointed with the price based on the amount of time they spent working on my issue, about 20 mins, and the cost of the materials, about $20.  For that service, I was charged $320.

Good.  The folks from Beinhower followed through as outlined in their estimate---timing, cost, etc.

They did good work.  I spent around $75 on that work.  They seemed very knowledgeable about the well and the pump system.  I have even seen local articles in the local newspaper.  They tend to do things properly as opposed to doing them cheap.  They are probably not the cheapest out there but their quality is good. 

BEINHOWER BROTHERS DRILLING CO was found as an Angies List company. We had no prior experience with the company. We explained our problem and within a day responded to our request for help. They diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate on the same day. Their diagonosis was correct and they scheduled and performed the work within a week which was quite remarkable since this was during the monsoons of 2011 and they had plenty of work to do. They were able to trench the water line and pull my well without destroying my front yard. When they finished you could not even  tell they were even there.  This company is competent, responsible, professional and fair and reasonable in their costing. I would recommend them highly.

I thought they did a really nice job. They came up pretty promptly. They were neat and clean. They cleaned up after themselves. There was a problem with one of the lines leaking, so they had to come out twice. They were pretty good about doing the job.

Went very well. They are experts in their field as far as I am concerned. They were prompt and installation went without a problem. I have had the tank for two years now without any problems.

They set an appointment up with us a week after we called them. They came out when they said they would to look at the problem, told us what was wrong and gave us an estimate. After that we chose to have them do the work. If we had not chose them to do the work there was a service charge for the estimate, which I believe was $100. It was kind of high because they didn't know at the time that they came out if they were going to have to check the outside well or the inside pressure tank. I think that they set the service call high because they are a drilling company and are not sure what they are going to get into. We were referred to them by a plumber that we got off of Angie's List. They gave us a senior discount. We had them do the work because we really had a hard time finding someone to do the work that we needed done. They did a very neat job and it seems to be working fine. We were happy with the quality of work and the gentleman that did the work was very nice. We got a call back from them the same day or day after we left them a message. They were here when they said that they would be and I believe called ahead. I am not sure about the cost, perhaps if we would have looked around we could have found a better deal, but it was fine for the work that they did.

Brad is very knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly researched other wells in the area and made thoughtful recommendations. He spent plenty of time explaining the options and risks. His crew was professional and did a good job of cleaning up the drill site.

Russ arrived promptly as scheduled and wasted no time. Based on the age of the well tank and the rust that had formed since it was originally installed, Russ suggested replacing the tank to prevent future leaking. Russ also advised that the well pump was not original and most likely we will enjoy many more years with it. I would definitely recommend this outfit to others.

This actually took place over two incidents. Both emergency situations. The 1st time I had no water but it returned so I cancelled & scheduled them for a check up. They replaced everything but the pump. They advised the pump would probably go out (it was over 22 yrs old). It did 3 weeks later. They were there that day. My well pipe was underneath a pine tree. They opted to manually pull the pump from the pipe instead of bringing in the truck to pull the pipe. That saved me money & lawn damage. Jerry & BP were very professional & kind. They answered all my questions & I now understand how a well works (I was a city girl). I did not grade their pricing because I did not comparison shop. I do not believe it was unreasonable & I will use them again.
