Just a note to give a bit of feedback to you. I appreciate that when I called you responded promptly with an estimate and a service date. The price was competitive. I appreciate that you arrived when you said you would. What I was disappointed in was the fact that the crew left parts of the sofa for me to dispose. Apparently the crew needed to dismantle the sofa to remove it from the basement. There were two big sofa chunks left for me to deal with. I was disappointed that there were black shoe prints all over the basement and stairs from the crew. I will have to bring in a carpet cleaner.

It was a good experience. We had an issue with trying to get a hold of them at first but otherwise, they were good. Price was fine. It was what I expected. Once I got a hold of them, their quality was an A. They brought the dumpster right away and picked it up when they said they were. Their punctuality was fine.
