Henson Hardwood Floors

We used Terry and his crew in 2005. We moved into our home and they did our family room, hallway, and dining room. Then this past year we decided we wanted to have our kitchen done in hardwood. We were pleased with the work they did in 2005 so we had them do the work again. The only problem that we ran into with them was that because they had done our home before he didn't feel the need to come and measure our kitchen. My husband told him an amount of wood that he felt that Terry would need and somehow the signals got crossed. They didn't order enough wood. They said my husband told them one thing and my husband said that he said something else. We never did really get an estimate on our kitchen. That was really the only thing that concerned us at the time. It really did end up costing us more than what we had thought it would. We thought that Terry should have come again and given us an estimate and really looked at the job. The workmanship and everything was good. They are good hardwood floors and it's not the pre-finished ones. It's the actual hardwood that we had done. Overall, the experience went pretty well. It was frustrating because he kept telling us he would come and then he didn't come. We had set it up to go on vacation and they did the work while we were gone. We received phone calls from our son back and forth to say that it turned out to be a bigger job than what they anticipated. Had they come and looked at it there wouldn't have been any anticipation. That was the only thing that frustrated us. We won't have the need but if we did, we probably would use them again.

TERRY EARLIER IN THE YEAR PUT FLOORS IN MY KITCHEN AND THEN WE HAD HIM COME BACK TO DO THE GREATROOM AND HALLWAYS. HE WAS IN AND OUT IN A COUPLE DAYS. HE EVEN PAINTED THE SHOEMOLD TO MATCH THE REST OF THE TRIM IN OUR HOUSE. GREAT JOB!

TERRY DOES GREAT WORK AND HE DOES HOMES LIKE MINE AND HOMES THAT ARE IN EXCESS OF A MILLION DOLLARS. I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE BUT HENSON HARDWOOD FLOOR COMPANY. THEY WERE IN AND OUT IN A COUPLE DAYS AND IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

SAME PRICE AS A COMPARABLE PRE-FINISHED FLOOR, BUT MUCH MUCH BETTER END RESULT!
