Boxwood Restoration Company

At first I was hesitant to have a company in Jefferson come all the way to Pepper Pike to give me an estimate. I hate to have someone come that far but the owner assured me that he is in area all the time. John, the owner of Boxwood, came out and gave me an estimate for another job - removal of a concrete slab from the basement. He did a great job on that so when I wanted the vinyl siding ceiling replaced on our three season porch, Boxwood was the first place I called. Several days later, John arrived to look over the job. He gave me a very reasonable estimate including all materials. It was a nicely detailed estimate. I agreed to the estimate and we set up a date for them to start. John arrived at the appointed time with another gentleman. They got to work. When they tore off the vinyl siding, it was discovered that one half of the ceiling was old bead board in good shape. There was no insulation. We shifted gears from a solid ceiling to a bead board one. John left to obtain additional bead board and insulation. Upon his return, the ceiling was replaced with a hatch added to access to the area (family room and three season porch - I asked for this). The area was cleaned up (cleaner than when they got there). The topper was the final bill......WELL UNDER the estimate. How often does that happen! Working with Boxwood was a great experience. I want to remodel a bathroom and John has already given me an estimate. This summer Boxwood Restoration Company will be working at my house again.
