Russ Cordell

-Russ has done more and fixed more problems for me than I can remember.
Including:
finding and fixing a leak that the local plumber hadn't been able
to find after two visits
repairing the back wall of a garage that had been accidentally driven through
repairing a leaking roof ( very seep)
cleaning and the staining deck -along the way replacing some rotted boards and fixing steps
giving renewed life to a front porch that needed constant attention
This is only a partial list of how he has come to the rescue.
If there is something that looks impossible to fiix, Russ mulls it over for a while and comes up with
a solution.

Someone who hired him to put stairs in their new house after seeing the work Russ was doing
said, and quot;He's not a handyman; he's a craftsman .and quot;
I have utmost confidence in his integrity and don't hesitate leaving the house in his
care if I have to leave for some reason.

I can not give Russ a higher recommendation.

He is wonderful. I use Mr. Cordell for everything. I can recommend him to everybody. He considers no job too small and does really good work. He does remodeling of kitchen and bath. He just did some work for me yesterday. I live on a lake and he installed swimming pool railings which would keep going down in the lake because it is slippery. He did a nice job; he always does a nice job. He is almost able to do anything. He has a trailor for tools and everything. He is not an amateur and he can do anything we ask him to do like plumbing work, electrical work and carpentry work. I had a little bit of flood in my basement and the carpet also torn out with the water coming from outside. He put tiles there and did a nice job. He did moulding too and did a nice job on that too. He cleans up after himself. I’ve had him redo some stuff which some other contractor had done.
