house painters
+ -1 moreHe took $600 check in advance and has done NO work painting upper back and upper end of barn since he was paid in November 2018. I phoned in early 2019 and he said he'd get to it in July 2019. I phoned again in Fall 2019 and in spring 2020. No reply to messages left on his answering machine. I had pressure washed under the dusty overhang of barn and had left long ladder and water hose for his use. He promised to pay for the paint. I have photos of how far up I had painted. I can't paint any higher due to permanently torn shoulder injury.
Description of Work: NO work done.
