dropped car off, took 4 hours to do trans. service. when I picked car up I checked trans fluid level, it was completely empty. they had forgot to refill trans. fluid. if I had not checked I would have been replacing trans. I also had an oil change done on my other car, and asked if they checked trans. fluid as part of oil change, they said yes, but trans fluid was still on add mark when I picked it up. on invoice it showed they checked trans fluid and it was ok.
