Mr. Ridgeway showed up on time with the equipment (rental extended lift) he quoted in his estimate. He proceeded to clean out the drains and downspouts and install the screens to help prevent clogging. He also installed screens in the downspouts of two of my front areas that did not have gutters. He had told me that they might not work as well on an older house that did not have gutters feeding the downspout. True to his word, one of the screens clogged again at the first large downpour. Mr. Ridgeway came back and pulled out the screen, by ladder, at no charge to me.
