TERRIBLE!! He gave the lowest estimate initially, then 1/2 way through switched and increased it by $2000, he provided an estimate that was vague and took that copy. In addition, his work was poor-white siding was taken off the dormer and placed back on with burgundy screws through the middle of it-he used caulking on it and it is not supposed to , he short changed on materials-using scraps regardless of how bad it looks, did not buy the boots for the whirly birds, power mast or furnace cap. He did not purchase the drip edge covers until we continually insisted and then he put them on back wards. The trim has 3 inch gaps at the peak and his solution to fix it was to slap caulking instead of fixing it properly-the edgecaps are on top too and look terrible-these should be underneath the mitered trim so that water does not get underneath. They scratched -big scratches on the trim and did not replace it, the trim is crooked.
