I wasnâ t sure what size so he came by to see what I had and did not try to up sell me. I had a lot of planks from a wood deck. He noticed some were too long so he took it upon himself to cut them down for me. Even offered to return if any others needed cutting. His communication was great. He responds in a timely manner. Very nice and polite!!!"
