Phone Service - Cellular
If you have to take your phone in for service, they have very knowledgeable people who can take care of you. Their customer service is the best.

Phone Sales
The salesman was knowledgeable and did not pressure me at all to me a decision. In fact, he advised me to go to the company that my contract was with. My experience with the company that the contract was with was less than perfect so I went back to Verizon to make my purchase. Very nice staff at this location.
