Synchronous Construction

They terrible, Did not complete the job, we spend another 15000 to spend and hire different provider, Customer Service is terrible. Construction part they did a decent job, but the other project is unfinish, incorrectly done. hey promise to comeback and finish the job but they didn't.

George was amazing! I reached out to him in great distress as I was concerned my contractor that I hired was not doing a good job on a certain aspect of my project. He was willing to come out (literally the next day!) and give me his honest second opinion as well as questions to ask the contractor to make sure all was done with the most effective method. I went back to original contractor and was able to get him to do what needed to be done. George offered to continue to monitor the project from afar and make suggestions if anything looked amiss to him. I sent him pictures at each stage of the project....pretty amazing as he took no money from me when I offered to pay for his consultation. I definitely will use him for future projects as his style is easy going, frank, and realistic in terms of what can be done. Thanks again George!

It went well. Workmanship was excellent with attention to detail. They kept me well informed every day as to what the plan was, what was done and what time they would be there the next day. Stairs and walk areas were covered every day and all areas were cleaned up at the end of the day. Anything that needed touch up at the end after walk through was done. I finally found a company that accomplished my vision for my bathroom after consulting with three others that just wanted their vision done.

The waterproofing was just fine. When paving the drive there were issues and then no follow through.

Worst contractor I ever dealt with. Job took forever 5x longer than quoted. Loss of laborers and sloppy job execution

they did not complete the work, some work done was shoddy and improper, kept advanced funds & gift cards and created false invoice documents that were paid as advances. the is a serious criminal issue relating to the partners past history which appears to be a pattern of unlawful business due to their intent to swindle and con home owners. we should be one of the last past clients requesting a reference which demonstrates this person and company has few to none because this was over 2 to 3 years ago

Well. Workers on time, knowledgeable and professional.

Broke water line resulting in flooding my garage and garage stereo, tools and workbenches. Cleaned it up with paper towels. Layed the bathroom floor unlevel. Installed drywall unsquare. Sealed off a shower drain, but, did not run a plumbing vent, resulting in constant gurgling in the new bathroom sink. DO NOT HIRE THEM OR ALLOW THEM TO BE SUBCONTRACTED for your home project.
