O.K., let's see.......contract signed 8/9/13 w/ a $300.00 cash discount. $600.00 to begin 8/30/13. Started out well. Roof and chimney were done quickly. Another $200.00 given on 9/2/13. The crew boss was VERY attentive. A little too attentive as time went on. Made me VERY uncomfortable. There were no gutters on my house for almost 3 months. Gutter Installer could not put gutters on untill soffets were repaired and painted. I kept calling crew boss to ask him when they would be out to repair and paint. He kept giving me dates and would not show up. He did always respond to my calls.....but wasn't showing up. I was told they had bigger jobs to finish and the weather was getting bad and he thanked me for my patience. In the meantime, water was POURING off my roof!! Finally, the week of November 11th they came out to paint.. On 11/19/13 my gutters were installed. 11/23/13 I gave him $500.00. Because of the rush job to paint, I asked him to make a notation on my contract that they will be back in the spring to touch up the painting aspect of it. 12/5/13 I paid him the balance. I definetly would NOT reccomend this particular crew of Southwest's to any single women!!!

Southwest Companies is a pleasure to work with. John Boyd, an employee, is the first the person I think of for any of my roofing needs. He worked with my company to lower his quote so he was comparable to a competitor. He takes the time to explain every detail. He is a pleasure to work with.
