Seitz & Sons Concrete & Excavating

Couldn't ask for a better contractor than Seitz & Sons. Anthony was on the mark from first contact. He returned calls/emails promptly, was easy to talk to, showed up when he said he would, completed the job within the stated time frame and left no mess. He also suggested solutions for drainage issues in the backyard and dampness in the basement (which were done). Thanks Anthony for a wonderful job at a fair price. Oh how I wish all contractors were this good!

Seitz and Sons did a great job on our driveway project. The job was fairly complicated, but they found a way to make it work, and the end result looked great. They were very responsive and finished the job on schedule.

Excellent. I was looking for a contractor late in the season and Seitz & Sons was able to fit me into their schedule very quickly. This was a 400+ SF stamped concrete patio. They explained their steps, gave me a decent price, explained the contract which set up 3 payments as work was performed. Awesome finished product.

Anthony arrived with one employee at the time specified and began work Immediately breaking up and removing the old walkway. The then began working on getting the forms set up for Concrete. He then advised me everything is ready to pour but the Building Inspector must give the OK first. After OK from building Inspector the next day our Concrete Apron were poured and the job completed. The area was completely cleaned up when job was completed. I would highly recommend Seitz & Sons for any Concrete work needed!

Anthony and his crew did a great job. Above my expectations. They showed up on time, Got the permit from the city. They removed the old cement sidewalk and portions of the driveway very quickly. Placed the stone, tapped the stone base they next day. The following day they poured the new cement and did a great job on the finish work. They cleaned up any debris that was left and replaced my so -called grass back in place. I would use them again and would recommend them to any one who needs cement work. Marty

I had some ancient basement walkout steps that were made of some pre-fab metal assembly. They weren't attached to the house foundation wall properly, nor were they resting on a proper support. Seitz ripped those out and replaced them with a proper setup. They removed the old metal assembly, excavated as necessary, poured footers down at the level of the house footer, built block walls, then poured concrete steps between these two walls. They waterproofed theoutside of the new block walls, and backfilled with gravel, then finished the landscaping with some top soil. This was all performed at end of March, beginning of April 2018. The weather was as uncooperative as it could be (rain and snow), but Seitz got it all done in about a week. The price was right for all this and the end product was well worth it. I use these steps daily now to go in and out of the basement without tracking dirt through the house.

Anthony is very informative,punctual & keeps you up to date on the progress of the work he is performing. Great to work with a company that actually does what they say there going to do.

I spoke to Anthony Seitz. He always answered my questions via a timely e-mail. The guys were wonderful! They were friendly and on time. They worked efficiently and did a great job! Anthony even jumped my car when the battery died. They requested payment in thirds,ie. I would definitely hire them again start of job, when ready to pour and after completion and clean-up.

Seitz & Sons waterproofed one basement wall that had a small leak and water stains. They excavated the wall to the bottom of the foundation and replaced the drain tiles. They backfilled with stone to within about a foot of grade. There was a small area in the front yard where the excavator left some track marks but since I am re-seeding anyway it's not a big deal. They did a good job at a good price and did it the right way from the outside of the house.

Seitz and Sons did a great job. They showed up exactly on the day they promised, they did exactly what they said they would do in the time frame they quoted. Anthony communicated every step of the process and really had genuine concern for the project and wanted to make sure we were happy - and we were! So much so that we hired his company to do additional work on our property the following week. He even did the majority of the work on the weekend so as to not disrupt our business. I would hire them again and will refer them to anyone who needs concrete work done.

Anthony and his team did an amazing job on our new patio install. He was consultative, over-delivered and was a true professional every step of the way. We will definitely use Seitz and Sons in the future and highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and affordable concrete work. A+

Anthony was responsive in the initial process of setting a contract, and was attentive to what we needed done at a reasonable price. The work was done quickly, and with appropriate permits and city inspections. Anthony and his crew were professional, and punctual. He showed us the waterproofing stages as it was done, and the driveway looks great with a bonus decorative edge! He was also able to regrade part of the backyard that tended to flood when it rained. I highly recommend hiring Seitz and Sons, and I would hire them again for future projects.

Job went amazing. Very knowledgeable, work was performed as discussed. It's nice to have a company that's takes pride in their work and that has great craftsmanship. These guys are top notch. I would recommend them to anyone.

It went well. The work took 2 days and was completed. They kept us notified when they would start (it was delayed due to the weather). They also let us throw out other objects such as large pieces of wood in their receptacle.

A plan was set in motion and things went forward. Things were well organized and the work was done well and done on time.

 Seitz was not the lowest bid, but Anthony's enthusiasm for the project and his personal professionalism won me over. As I expected, he took personal pride in the project and delivered a stunning patio to our specifications. He took the time to ask what we wanted whenever there was a question. I cannot recommend Seitz and sons enough!!

Anthony is a very professional young man. I knew the second he came out to give me an estimate I was going to choose him. He really took his time to sit down with me and help me choose everything from the pattern to the coloring. They were in and out so quick that you barely knew that they were here, they cleaned up after they were done. My patio is wonderful and I am planning on using his services again in the spring for a driveway!

They did a great job.  It took about 2 weeks.  They put in full days and cleaned up after themselves.  The wall had cracked and

started to cave in.  They put in temporary supports to hold up the house, then removed the entire wall.  A new cinder block wall

was put up and water proofed.  They were very professional.

Anthony and his crew went the extra mile. Not only did he do a fantastic job on the patio in the back yard, he also made sure not to mess up the front and side yard. You never knew they were here. He was also very detailed about everything that he did, no suprises. I will be putting in a new driveway this summer, Anthony will be the one to do it ! Really a nice and polite young man !
