The owner, Brian is a stand up guy. He had a guy working for him that cut corners. I advised Brian as to what happened and he took care of the problem. Communication was hit and miss, but I think most of that was due to him having another career so it would take some time to get a call back. Be patient. He installs a decent product and tried to make things right.
