My roof started leaking less than 10 years from the date that they installed it. When I reached out to the company to repair the leak (covered under their warranty), they said they would get back to me. After a week of me calling and emailing with no responses from them, it was obvious that they were not going to honor the warranty. Beware!

I was very satisfied with everything. He started the job when he said he was going to do it. They will be putting a deck on next year.

I was not happy with the work and the way the finished product looked. The man that came and gave me the estimate was very nice, very helpful and very honest. What I didn't like was what they called finished and I call finish are two different things. I called them a couple of times to please come out and make it look like it is finished. They said they would but never did so I wouldn't never use them again.

Great!! In one day they tore down and installed the new roof , three days later they came and put up new gutters and down spouts . Excellent workmanship, neat and clean. Would highly recommend this company.

Roofing project began Thursday, April 14, 2011. Roofers completed their project in 1-day as promise. Siding project schedule to start April 15 began Wednesday, April 20 due to rain. Unbeknowst to me, contractor order & installed the wrong size siding material (D6 vs D5DL). I advised the company owner I was unable to evaluate the D6 siding until I could see siding from the street. To avoid further delays, I agree to continue with the D6 installation with homeowner being compensated. Six weeks later vinyl siding, gutters and downspouts completed (4-weeks longer than promise) due to rain and contractor running short of materials (Twice - project required 32-SQ ordered 28-SQ). May 25, June 4 & 29, I sent NCRI letters as well as several emails identifying numerous deficiencies (damaged landscaping & water-hose caddie, install missing downspout, window & door wrappings, replace 47-short vinyl siding boards, water leaks around skylights and cleanup debris). I also paid NCRI $15300 in a good-faith effort to resolve our diifferences. June 20 began calling other contractors to abate the deficiencies. I was unable to get a contractor to quote repair estimates. July 1 contacted Richmond Hts (RH) Building (Bldg) Dept to request inspection of the roof & siding projects. Discovered NCRI did not obtain require permits (charge me $300 for permits & registration fees). July 13 consulted our attorney and visited RHBD. Paid RH $202 (includes $50/permit late fee) for permits and requested Bldg inspection. July 18 met with Bldg Inspector. Bldg Inspector noted numerous deficiencies including several identified by homeowner. Inspector issued abatement order to NCRI. July 29 NCRI completed noted deficiencies. August 1, 2nd bldg inspection (Failed) RH Bldg Inspector noted deficiencies regarding calking several joint areas, vinyl siding, facia & roof. Issued abatement order. October 7, NCRI abated deficiencies and Bldg Inspector conducted 3rd bldg inspection. Bldg Inspector issues Certificate of Compliance for Roof & Siding. October 11 received invoice (minus credits), certificate of compliance and manufacturer & labor warranties from NCRI. Correspondence included threat of a mechanical lien on homeowners property. October 13 I sent letter noting deficiencies outside of the inspector domain & cashier check (minus cost to abate pending issues (3) to NCRI. October 12, I contacted Bldg Inspector requested copies of the digital photos depicting the 6' ice guard and drip edge installed over the ice guard.Bldg Inspector unable to associate/identify digital photos with homeowners address. October 14 Bldg Inspector re-inspected roof. Roof pass inspection. However, the inspector discovered a short siding panel. Issued abatement order. Task completed. October 14, I sent an email to NCRI owner requesting copy of the company's bond. Check with City of Richmond Heights, advised NCRI does not have a bond on file. They are register with the City and have $1M/occurance General Liability Insurance. Our contract with NCRI specifies permits, registration & bond totalling $350. Registering with RH cost $100/yr. Roof & Siding permits cost $50/permit. My contract specifies $100/permit. Why is NCRI assessing each homeowner $100/permit and $100 to cover the one-time annual registration fee?
NCRI is a excellent roofing company. I do not recommend them with respect to installing siding.
There is one major issue that the contractor has ignore. The possibility of water infiltration in the basement during the 2011 Spring Season. The gutters and downspouts were off the roof at least 6-weeks.

I was very impressed with the job that was done. The door is such a tight fix, it is unbelievable. They were on-time for the job and very friendly. The two men that performed the job knew exactly what to do. The owner of the company came to check to make sure that the things were being done properly. I had wanted insulation in the garage, but the owner told me that that was not necessary. They also subcontracted and brought in people to put in a garage door opener.

Mr. Abbasi came on time, went right to work, as he had already come before to do a FREE estimate and knew what needed to be done. Visually, the flashing was better than it had been done previously. He cleaned up what mess he may have made, and was done within two hours from start to finish. He was very polite, very respectful and professional.
