This is a 20 year old car that I want to keep on the road. Rob and Rob Jr. make sure that happens and my car is safe. Sometimes I have small repairs which are completed the next day. Whatever the situation, the Mangols are always reassuring and I am confident in their abilities. I suggest their service to others whenever the subject of auto repair arises.They run a clean, organized shop. All necessary repairs and maintenance are completed professionally and timely. They have a drop off service. They offer to drive me home and pick me up, which they do as a courtesy. I always take my car there- it was my dad's suggestion when I moved back to the area years ago- and the service I get at Mangol's Auto Service is a great value with a small neighborhood service I want to support. I am glad Rob and Rob Jr. are a part of our community.

Mangol's has always done great service on all our family autos. Their prices are very reasonable and their schedule is very accomodating.

Everything went as I was advised prior to the service. I would go back there, no question about it.

I took the car to the place my mom used to go to because she liked it and since the paperwork she passed along to me showed that these folks are thorough and professional. As someone with terrible handwriting, I even appreciated that the paperwork was easy to read and all made sense based on the age of the car. The struts and oil pump got replaced the same day, and the mechanic put on the new license plates I'd left on the seat from the night before (after calling me first) and straightened my antenna, which some neighborhood kids had bent the weekend before. The information was clear, the prices seemed fair, and I appreciated that I wasn't talked down to or felt like I was being sold anything I didn't need. That the shop was so busy and has been there a long time says to me that the place is well regarded. One fun side note: they have a huge collection of big stuffed animals out front and in the store, which is a funny tradition there. People bring them in and many of them get donated to charity.

We have used them for years and will continue to use them for several more. They are a father son shop. His sons have taken over the business years ago. They are very efficient and nice and they go out of the way to get things finished.
