We really like them. We've been using them since 2003. Their rates are very reasonable. We could probably get another company cheaper but we don't switch because they have been so helpful with trouble shooting our modem and computer. They help trouble shoot firewalls, computer and modem. We can call him anytime. They have regular hours but they have an afterhours number that we can always call and he will call back. They are competitive on rates.
