Very poorly. This inspectors oversights resulted in us missing our opportunity to have serious flood issues and other damages negotiated in the sales price. We were forced to gut a newly finished basement, address mold issues and correct other electrical and plumbing issues that were clearly accessible. Very disappointed.

He was supposed to inspect our home before we bought it.  He came out promptly and got the report to me within a couple of days.  After we bought the house the following year we ended up having to put $25,000 into the house because there was rot on it.  I made him aware of the rot on other homes in the area, I contacted him and a lawyer but it was too late.  I never asked him to do anything other than pay the $25,000.  We also found the chimney upstairs was only resting on slate which is very weak if it should crack.  He never went up into the attic.  I would never use him again, he didn't so his job.
