It went well from the first contact. Frank and Debbie are good at analyzing problems, such as our water leakage, and coming up with effective ways to remediate them. Their work is thorough well done, with attention to detail.

Was a slow start but the contractor explained that my original start date just happened to be immediately after the very heavy rains we had and he had customers that had much water in their basements. I was willing to wait until he got caught up with them.
I was a little uneasy at first because I had given him 50% down payment. But he came thru as promised in the end.
I found him on Angie's List and also Solon Hardware recommended him.

I am unhappy with the moisture barrier as it has advertisement lettering on it. It will be slippery and being 75 I am afraid of falling.
I called the contractor back and he is going to come back and cover it with other roofing material at a cost of $140.

He is very willing to make it right and I realize I didn't ask the questions necessary at the time I signed the contract. He asked for my approval of the barrier at the time of installation and I said yes to the installation.

He is scheduling a time to come and install the cover.

Both he and his partner were both professional and courteous. However, sometimes they would start later in the afternoon.
