THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO REMOVE THE ANTENNA ATTACHED TO OUR CHIMNEY BEFORE WORKING. THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO, BUT WHEN THEY DID, THEY SAID THAT THE CHIMNEY PRACTICALLY FELL APART! THIS RIDICULOUS CLAIM RESULTED IN THEM SAYING THAT THEY HAD TO PRACTICALLY REBUILD THE CHIMNEY. MARK SANDERS, THE MANAGER, WAS VERY RUDE WHEN WE SPOKE REGARDING THIS ISSUE. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS TERRIBLE WITH MORTAR HANGING OUT EVERYWHERE. I'D NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
