Field of Dreams Lawn Care

At this point, I'm not sure if I would recommend them. I've had them for many years and I haven't seen a whole lot of improvement in my lawn. They're supposed to improve it but I haven't seen much improvement. I'm not sure if its them or if its the shade. They seem to be professional. I'm not here when they come and they leave a bill here. I'm thinking right now of changing,  see what else is available and checking out other services. I'm going to call them up and see what's going on with this. If they give me a good enough reason why it's not getting better because it may not be their fault.

They seem to have more of a one on one approach to business, we are not just a number to them, we are a client.

I feel they are over-priced, and the owner has been rude to me on occasion. I finally stopped business with them and hired another company.

We have been using this company for a number of years and were very satisfied. I noticed that my mother was paying twice the amount for fertilization with another company and she had a smaller lawn. Brian's estimate was nearly half of the cost of the service with the other company. Brian calls my mother to tell her when he is coming to do the service and explain what he is doing---reg. fertilization, grub control, etc. The company is professional, helpful and listens to any concerns you have. When some of the dry fert was left on our deck, they offered to immediately come out and correct it and made sure that this did not happen again. My sister was so impressed, that she cancelled her company and went with Field of Dreams. Another great point is that they don't continually raise their prices and your lawn looks very good.. Great company.

There are a million lawn care companies to choose from, and I was glad to have found Field of Dreams. Unlike competitors, they do not hound you for ridiculous supplement treatments like feeding your flower beds or trimming your flowers. They also don't hound you for payment. They just do their job and leave an invoice on your mailbox. And by the way, my lawn looks great.

THEY HAVE BEEN OUT HERE TWICE THIS SEASON TO TREAT THE WEED THAT IS IN MY YARD AND THE WEEDS WILL NOT GO AWAY. THEY HAVE TREATED IT TWICE WITH CHEMICALS AND THE WEEDS REMAIN. I DON'T THINK THAT I WILL HAVE THEM COME BACK.

BRIAN TELLING IS OWNER OF THIS COMPANY. HE LEFT ONE OF THE LARGER NAME BRAND COMPANIES IN ORDER TO PERSONALIZE HIS SERVICE. HE WILL GIVE YOU ADVICE ON YOUR LAWN AND REALLY CARES ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS.

WE BEGAN WITH THIS COMPANY IN 1997, WITH BRIAN, TOOK A YEAR OFF WHEN THEY REORGANIZED (HAD CHEM LAWN AND WASN'T CRAZY ABOUT THEM), AND WENT BACK TO THEM WHEN THEY STARTED UNDER THE CURRENT NAME. THEY HAVE BEEN PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT GRASS MAINTENANCE, GRUB CONTROL, MOLES AND INSECTS. WHENEVER WE'VE HAD A PROBLEM WITH EXCESSIVE WEEDS, THEY COME BACK AT NO CHARGE AND RE-APPLY WEED KILLER. THEY HAVE HELPED US GROW NEW GRASS AND BATTLE A MOLE PROBLEM IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD.
