TRASH WAS LEFT ON FRONT STEPS AFTER CREW FINISHED WORKING FOR THE DAY. WAS TOLD & REASSURED THAT A CITY OF CLEVELAND PERMIT WOULD BE OBTAINED WHEN JOB WAS STARTED. COMPANY DID NOT KEEP THIS PROMISE.
