CONRAD'S TOTAL CAR CARE

I called a couple days in advance and scheduled an appointment for July 25, 2018 at 10:00 am. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time. All work was completed by 11:30 am. I was told my battery, alternator/starter were all good and should have no problem making through the coming winter. No other work was recommended. Note: the battery test cost $26.75; the oil change, filter, lube and tire rotation came to $22.95; "shop supply fee" was $4.47 and tax was $4.33. (I had a coupon which reduced the normal oil change fee by $2.00 and threw in a free tire rotation).

I drove in without an appointment, to get a non-working headlight (front, passenger side) fixed. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Even though I did not have an appointment, My car was brought inside within 15 minutes, and the headlight bulb replaced and tested.Free coffee, soda pop, and popcorn were available while I waited. Fast, professional service.

I would rate them highly across the board. I would use them again in the future.

Tire removed and repaired continued to leak air. Returned to dealer who found technician had damaged tire in process of repairing. Dealer offered replacement tire which required ordering from supplier. Dealer chose wrong source by error which delayed tire beyond promise date. Did receive replacement delayed by a few days. Replacement tire mounted successfully and dealer offered promise of free oil change as compensation.

They are good, they are competitive, and they do good work.

Needed 4 new tires for daughter's 2001 Corolla while she was home from college for the weekend. We called at 3:30 pm on Saturday. They said come on over even though the close at 5pm. They had the tires we needed in stock. We also asked them to do a 4 wheel alignment. They finished installing the tires at 5:35pm. They also told us they did not do the alignment because it was not required. They gave us a report showing that the wheels were aligned within specs for the car. Saved us $70.

My experience with Conrad's has always been good.

I have been going there for fifteen years, and I think that they are a good company. They are very friendly, and I think that they seem professional. They always have the work done on time.

I have been using their services for several years. What I like about them is that one time I brought my car in for new brake pads and they told me that I did not need them. I appreciate their honesty.

Jeff's vehicle inspection found some surprises that his crew were able to correct quickly and the truck is running and braking like new.
