 + -1 moreThe closing went OK, however they withheld $300 which would be returned to us when we showed them that we had paid the last water and sewer bill. I emailed them copies of our last bills and our checks. We received NO RESPONSE for three weeks. I emailed 3 additional times and our realtor contacted them. Finally, today, I wrote that I was going to contact the president of the company. IT took that for one person to phone me. She said that our bills had to say final on them. They did, but it did not show when I scanned them in to send them. I have sent them again and now we'll see how long it takes to get our money. One simple email response to say we had not sent what they needed would have been all it took to more this along, but instead we got no response for three weeks.
Description of Work: The buyers of our house used Barristers of Ohio, so we were stuck with them at closing.
