He was horrible. When he put the 2x4's up, the city inspector said that the treated wood had to be on bottom one. He should have known that. So it had to all come back off with the treated wood on the bottom. I had called him and refused to come back and fix this after I had paid him over 90% of the money. He is just terrible. I had to keep calling him back. He came back the one time, and the only reason he did that was because he was going to get a second job that paid more money. I had to get this whole job redone. He lefts gaps and all kinds of stuff. I want to do a review because I don't want someone else to get caught like I did. The City Inspector felt so bad. You know when that bottom board wasn't right, it all had to come back down. I asked another contractor to do it and he said it just wasn't worth the work. My neighbor ended up knowing how to do it and said that this was Carpentry 101 and he should have known this. He absolutely gets an "F." Not only would the inspector not approve it, but he would not repair it either. He said it wasn't worth it for him to fix his mistake.
