Carpet Installation
Our overall experience with them was pretty good. They needed a total of two days to complete the installation. The carpet looks very nice; they did a good job.

THE STORE SALES ASSOCIATE, KELLY, WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE INSTALLERS CAME ON TIME, DID EXCELLENT WORK, AND WERE QUICK & CLEAN. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE LABOR AND THE FEE.

THEY WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY SEEMED TO BE CONSTANTLY CONFUSED WHEN DEALING WITH THE CONTRACTOR, AT ONE POINT THEY THOUGHT THAT THE CONTRACTOR WAS GOING TO BE PICKING UP THE FLOORING, BUT WE WERE GOING TO BE PICKING IT UP. WE HAD TO WAIT TWO WEEKS TO GET THE THRESH HOLD STRIPS AND THEY HAD TO COME BACK AND INSTALL IT. I WAS ANNOYED BECAUSE THEY CUT MORE OF THE TRIM OFF TO FIT THE FLOOR ON, BUT I HAD ALREADY HAD A CONTRACTOR PLACE THE TRIM AT THE RIGHT LEVEL.
