Description of Work: They provided us with a loaner 9 foot model D Steinway concert grand piano for our dedication service. We priced a new piano from them, then ultimately purchased a used model D from them. They delivered, and set up both pianos for us, and also moved two upright pianos from our old location to our new building. They were very professional and we will definitely use them in the future as the need arises. Catherine was so helpful.

 + -1 moreI was impressed by the way they explained the interworkings of the different pianos. They answered all of my questions, some of which were very technical. I feel that I was given a lot of good information rather than a sales pitch. They gave me plenty of time to try out different pianos. We could compare them side by side was great.
