"Mr. [Member Name Removed] understood that we were back-logged on estimates and that I would do my best to get him an estimate by the end of that week. Having not even brought a tool into Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s house to begin work, and then to receive a review like this, seems like a very immature way to respond. It seems like Mr. [Member Name Removed] is only out to try and hurt the reputation of a solid company for simply falling short on submitting an estimate. I say this in part because Mr. [Member Name Removed] carries a loaded weapon for his job in NE Ohio, and I pray that he acts more mature while dealing with bigger, real-world problems and issues."

"The customer wanted a handyman to do an electrician's job. We told them that we'd have to send someone else from the team to work on the projects. We also told them that we are currently working on large scale projects and that it would be a couple weeks before we could re-schedule the work to be done. We tried to contact the customer via text but we did not hear back from them. Unfortunately, you can't expect a handyman to do the job of an electrician."

"Unfortunately, some urgent situations are out of our hands. The customer wanted and purchased 2 days of "handyman" work. We accomplished the handyman work, but the customer also had electrical work that I could not help her with due to our schedule. I know this may have been an inconvenience for her, but this was not our fault."

I wish I could respond immediately, but I often have to wait until I'm done with work to listen and respond to messages. If I didn't, I wouldn't be able to get much done during the day."
