I called them at night after I returned home to find water covering my first floor and basement family room and a storage area. I had found the source of the leak and turned off the water. They came out early the next morning with a crew and began the clean-up in a very organized fashion, from carting up wet items from the basement storage, to lifting carpet and removing the padding, to cutting holes behind the baseboard areas to allow for the many commercial blowers and dehumidifiers.Those were in the house for almost a week until the carpets and walls and ceiling were totally dry. Once that was done, I had them do the restoration work as well and I was very pleased with the final results. They were professional all the way through the project.
