They said it would be about $120 to replace the CD drive. They completed the work in one day and didn't have to replace the CD drive. They stream lined the memory on the computer. They also installed a new anti virus program that they recommended. Their work report was not detailed enough, they just typed up an invoice with what they charged me. I would use them again.
