shoe repair
 + -1 moreI was so sad that I had trusted this store. I came home with a shoe that was a little worse off then when I took it in. The lady I spoke with didn't understand why I was so frustrated.
Description of Work: I took in a pair of heeled silk-like sandals. The elastic under the buckle of the shoe had started to tear. They had sewed in a rough coarse material there and elastic very poorly. Plus, there was also a stain on the shoe. She told me that they would keep it again, but it looked even worse the next time, so I took it to someone else.
