 + -1 moreWiring was fine. IT install was fine. Security was not. We were hacked which resulted in several thousand dollars worth of phone charges. Ownership of the company acknowledged that they did not set up phone security properly but refused to work with us on the bills. After independent review, it was determined that we were: 1. Grossly overcharged for the work done. 2. Security not set up whatsoever on the phone system. 3. Illegal unlicensed software was installed on the phone system. 4. Our IT network firewall was installed with all system defaults, meaning that anyone with knowledge of our system hardware could hack in. This provider did not provide competent service, and was frankly dishonest in all their dealings with us after the security breach.
Description of Work: Complete wiring of office, network and phone system setup, system and IT security.
