John Winder is an incredibly professional real estate agent. We worked with him from out of state and he was easily reachable by phone or email. We had a very small window to find a home and John met that urgency and made himself readily available on the weekends we could come into town to look at homes in person. John's understanding of what we were looking for was right on and saved us a lot of time during our search. But most importantly he was crucial during the sales negotiations with the seller's agent and we credit him for helping our offer go through. Our mortgage lender also gave him many praises and even said that he was the best agent they've ever prepared a closing with. Our closing occurred right on schedule without any problems.

She is very personable, works very hard and was right on top of everything.  She placed the house properly and we had an offer within 45 days.  She gave us more than enough interaction.  She went above and beyond the call of duty.

He followed through in a timely and thorough manner with any request I made during the home buying process. He truly listens to what his clients are asking for and responds cheerfully with many options and choices to meet a client?s needs. He was patient and took whatever time was necessary to find the right home for us. There was no feeling of a ?salesman? pushing his own agenda. He is very personable and has a relaxed demeanor that allowed for good communication between us, and ultimately, the sellers of the home we wanted to purchase.
