They are Macintosh specialists, in terms of networks and systems. I had trouble finding somebody in Charlottesville, who could provide this level of service I was used to from a company I had used in the DC area, and I finally came across this group and they are really very good. For anybody who has got an all Mac office or uses Macintosh at home, office or even at a distant home they are very good on networking all your devices and all that sort of thing. They are very friendly. The technician showed up on time; kept scheduled appointments. The person has various Apple certifications and so he is very well qualified. He is very knowledgeable of computer tech generally, but a real specialist in Macintosh/Apple. As a technical person he was able to communicate very clearly with me, even though I do not have a technical background. His explanations were clear and concise. Basically the service time he spent with the computers was very efficient. They charge per hour.
