Good company, salesman to time to explain the options and the installation team did a great job and cleaned up after them self.

I hired American Security and AV to mount a 55" TV on drywall in our living room. We wanted all of the cords, cables, etc. concealed as well. Scheduling was easy, they arrived on time, introduced themselves with a handshake and removed shoes/used covers without my asking them to. They took a look at the area where we wanted our TV mounted, asked questions about where we wanted it positioned exactly, told me about any snags they may run into concealing wires based on the position of our outlets and jacks, and then went out to the truck to get some tools before getting to work. They showed me a few things after the mount was complete about a wiring issue we had with an ancient DVD player and a very short cord that came with it, but it's an easy fix on my part once I purchase a longer cord. They were quick, cleaned up after themselves and did the job we wanted them to do. It looks great and I have no complaints. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Their system had many problems.  Eventually they would not respond to our calls.  Today, after $3,500 we can use the dysfunctional system as a doorstop or a bookend.
Before buying from these guys, be sure to physically make a trip to the Stow Municipal Court and read all of the filings in their various cases 2014CVF02664, 2014CVF02173, and 2014CVF02357, among others.  Don?t say that you weren?t warned.
