Mark came out to review the roof. He said there was hail and wind damage that would qualify for an insurance claim on all three of my buildings (home, barn, and storage shed). When the adjuster came out, he was not in agreement with Mark's assessment but recognized other damage and wrote check for those repairs. Based on Mark's recommendations, I requested another insurance adjuster evaluation. In response, an engineer was sent out. Mark didn't show up to the appointment with the engineer, which he had previously agreed to. He even set the appointment himself. He didn't return my phone calls for almost three weeks. When he finally answered one of my phone calls, he became very angry when I complained about the lack of communication and told me to find another contractor then hung up. The engineer found no hail or wind damage to justify an insurance claim.
Description of Work: Mark was recommended to me by my insurance agent to check damages on my roofs to see if we needed to file a claim.
