The company was punctual in meeting for an estimate and communicated well with us as we waited for the rain to stop. The crews worked steadily and did an excellent job. The owner, staff and crews were professional and friendly and answered all our questions.. They did an excellent job cleaning up.

They used separate specialized crews for each job. A 2 man crew came out first and replaced the gutters and downspouts with new continuous gutters. The job was done in a matter of hours and I was very pleased with the results.

 Next they sent a 6 man crew out to replace the roof shingles. They worked steady and completed the whole job in one day. They removed the individual roof vents and replaced with a continuous ridge vent system. The new roof looks great and I am very happy with it.

Finally they sent out another crew to replace my aluminum siding with new vinyl siding. At the same time they installed 3 gable vents to aid in attic ventilation. This job took approx 3 days to complete. I am very pleased with the result. All 3 jobs were done very professionally and  the workers were also professional and friendly.

There were a number of minor problems that occurred during the installations. I made a list of them and notified the owner. He was very cooperative and made sure that every problem was taken care of and made right. This impressed me as that is not always the case with some contractors.
I would definitely recommend this contractor to anyone needing this type of work done.

The timing of the gutters was great, as they came to do that as the vinyl siding was in the finishing stages, so as to have the entire project done at one time, although with different teams.  One of the things we liked about Craft Construction was that they use different teams who specialize in only one thing, therefore were experts in their area.  The gutters matched up perfectly with the trim on the new siding and we are very happy to have leaf guards so no more cleaning gutters.

Arranged with Jonathan to replace roofing, vinyl siding, and gutters.  He explained in detail the materials used and the very good guarantee that accompanied the work to be done.  It took the installers about a week to fully finish the installation, but it was worth the time required, as we were very pleased with the finished product.  Neighbors stop by to comment on the improvement the house has to the community, it looks that good.  One thing we appreciated, was that it was always easy to reach Jonathan with any questions or concerns.

Initially met with Jonathan for an estimate to replace roof and siding on the home we had recently purchased.  He explained in detail all that was provided, which was of the highest quality, plus a long-term guarantee.  We had some special concerns regarding vents needed for our Cape Cod home and these were handled to our complete satisfaction.  The day the roof was put on we left early in the am and when we came home 12 hours later, the crew was just finishing with the entire roofing on both the house and the garage.  We watched as they cleaned up all scrap, using magnetic sweepers to remove nearly all nails.  The color of the roof matches very well with the new siding, which was also done by Craft Construction.
