Wood Window Restoration

I was given Randy's contact information from another window company in the area. I contacted Randy to fix the wood around my window. My first attempt at having Randy come out to look at the job he never showed up and never called. I then spoke with him and found out he had some family problems. When Randy did come out to my home, he looked over the job and I was very impressed with his knowledge of what needed to be done. My problem lied with the scheduling. He had to contact a window company to come out and pull out the windows for him to do his work and this is where the deal stalled. He told me he would contact the window company and I never heard back. I made several attempts to contact him to get the project rolling but I was never able to get them organized or motivated to do the job.
