We did not like tier pricing and they were pushy on getting a new furnace. They were good when we first started and then they wanted to see what was inside my checkbook. They kept coming up with a bunch of reasons that after we had a cleaning we needed things fix and the furnace runs just fine. The work they did was good.

They are punctual and everything but pricing and pushiness dropped them down. I thought they were good at the time but I thought two services for a furnace was too much. The contract price kept going up each year. I think it was good but I don't know about furnaces. They were right on time. The guy that helped us seemed to know what he was doing. We will not use them in the future.
