 + -1 moreWe did not like tier pricing and they were pushy on getting a new furnace. They were good when we first started and then they wanted to see what was inside my checkbook. They kept coming up with a bunch of reasons that after we had a cleaning we needed things fix and the furnace runs just fine. The work they did was good.

 + -1 moreThey are punctual and everything but pricing and pushiness dropped them down. I thought they were good at the time but I thought two services for a furnace was too much. The contract price kept going up each year. I think it was good but I don't know about furnaces. They were right on time. The guy that helped us seemed to know what he was doing. We will not use them in the future.
Description of Work: Ryan's Heating and Cooling serviced the furnace twice.
