Mr. Richards and his son who works with him were clean, friendly, pleasant, professional and efficient. They promptly removed all the old items and were kind enough to give me an overnight to clean the floor thoroughly before they brought the new furnace in. Then, they took the time needed to be meticulous, even to the trimming of the caulking. They were patient with my questions, as I'm an interested and inquisitive maintenance person. I was also appreciative that they cleaned up all debris and took it away with them. I've never had to have a furnace replaced before, but I'm so glad I hired Richards Heating & Cooling and I would recommend them to anyone.
