Dropped off vehicle. Picked it up. No problems.

Fixed the tire in ten minutes. Works fine.

I needed to replace my tires, and they set me up with a prompt appt. Soon after, they called me to tell me that my tire rods needed replacing, and that they couldn't replace the tires without fixing that. After comparing their price with other competitors, I found that they gave me a very fair estimate, and set up a different appt for a few days later. They were able to tell me almost exactly when it would be done, even called me to let me know.
After going to different shops in the area for years where I would have to call and call to check if my service was complete and hope that they would actually answer, it was refreshing to receive that level of customer service. It's those little things that will keep me coming back. My only wish is that they would provide more services, so that they could replace my other mechanics.

We have used them twice. They take the vehicle in right away. The check engine light was on and I called them and they said they couldn't take it that day. I asked them if they could just check it, and they took it in right away. It was done by nine o'clock in the morning the next day. They also fixed two leaks on the tires. We have never had any major work done there. They seem to be really good. They are reasonably priced too. I had expected them to cost more.
