Weed Man - Toledo OH

I paid for spring weed, crabgrass and insect control at the cost of $62.70. They did not apply the insect control. When I called to explain that I had paid for that service they apologized and acknowledged they were at fault due to some miscommunication with the technician. I had two alternatives to remedy the problem. Either I could go ahead and get an additional application that would apply the chemicals to my lawn to take care of insects at an additional payment of 50% off or eliminate my final application of fall fertilization  that I already paid for and replace it with the insect control for that same 50% off and get a small refund from what I already paid for last application

I am still waiting because they tell us to wait for about 28 days after they put the fertilizer down to let them know if we are satisfied. I can't really tell if I am satisfied yet because I have a week or so to go. The workers came while I was not home. They could have called to tell me they were coming. Their price is comparable with other places. I am signed up for the summer.

We used this company last year and were very happy last year, but no longer.  The quality of their  product decreased and their customer service has been terrible.  A few weeks after our lawn was treated, we have weeds (dandilions) all over our lawn.  When I called the company to ask when they could come by to take care of the weeds, they were unresponsive - they would not even give an approximate date. In the meantime, I have gotten several sales calls asking me if I would like to become a customer; they don't realize that I already AM a customer.  It seems that they are putting effort into finding new customers and the expense of the quality of their product and customer service for their existing customers.  I will no longer do business with this company.

We have been using them for two years. They're very thorough and provide good service.
