none of the bedroom furniture was moved, so the carpet was not cleanned under the furniture.

I was blown away.....he was able to get rid of the stains, as he said he would. I am amazed at how great the sofa looks. Very pleased with his work. Carpets look great also !

I came home one night to find a flood in my basement after a heavy rainstorm.  Panicked, I called the insurance company and got the name of a water mitigation company they recommended.  After talking to a dispatcher at this company twice in 2 hours, I was told the message was received by a representative, but I still never got a call from anyone to follow-up.  I then remembered an e-mail I received after my carpet cleaning stating Stanley Steemer helps with water emergencies.  I called & talked to a dispatcher at 1:30 a.m., then received a call from a supervisor within 30 minutes.  The Holland team had already been working feverishly to help other customers in my area with the same problem.  I was given a time to expect a crew in the morning, and as promised, they were there on time & ready to help.  I was told what would be done to rid the excess water, as well as to prevent any further damage.  Two supervisors checked in regularly with me to make sure things were going as expected.  They even had employees travel from Columbus to bring extra fans to make sure their Toledo customers were taken care of!  This team worked overtime all week, and were such troopers.  The Holland team really puts their customers first.  They are all very sympathetic to the homeowner's situation, they are professional, friendly, & respectful.  If there's something comforting to follow a basement flood, it's knowing you can find great people to help you through it.  
The price of this service was based on the area of my basement, and how much equipment needed to be used. Rates will vary based on these factors.

Wanted to have all of the carpet and tile cleaned in my newly purchased home before I moved in. Made appointment online...very easy. They came on time and completed the work efficiently. The carpets looked great I was very pleased with the results.

I always use Stanley Steemer to do my home carpets, about 1-2 times per year.  I think its pricey for 2 rooms and a stairway - about $125.00 - but they do a good job.  Years ago we had a problem with some work they did and they corrected the problem in a timely manner.  I was disappointed this time because due to some pet accidents, for the first time I purchased the room deodorizer.  Save your money, it's not worth it.  It was $55 extra dollars and it smelled faintly like Febreeze for about 4 hours and that was it.  If anything, it lifted the pet odors and seemed to make them more noticeable.  We called the service company and they simply said give it more time to work.  I usually get a follow-up email about the service and didn't get one this time - wonder why?  They did a good job of getting the carpets clean, but again, the extra money for the deodorizer is not worth it.

Josh and Ben arrived in the time frame provided, assessed the areas to be cleaned, and confirmed the estimate, and gave an estimate for the additional area of tile I wanted cleaned in the main entry hall. I had removed the lighter weight pieces and knick-knacks from the area, they moved the heavier pieces of furniture. They kept me informed on the progress and were very efficient.  
Some high-traffic areas of carpet in the living area were very soiled and I wasn't sure they could help them, but they cleaned up very well. Josh gave me some tips about caring for the carpet, and also what to do if cleaning up any future pet and quot;mistakesand quot;. They were very nice, respectful, and informative and finished the entire job in about 2 hours. I am very pleased with the results and would use their services in the future.

You want the technicians to concentrate on cleaning, not tidying up!
  
Do think through everything you need done. It isn't fair to add a lot more work once they are in process. They try to remain on time for all customers.

We paid a premium for them to go on Saturday, March 31st and gave them a lockbox code for entry.  They did not call until Monday to tell us they had trouble getting in.  We had to pay for the tenants to stay in a hotel overnight since they couldn't move it with wet carpets.  Yesterday we released the tenants from their lease for an unrelated issue (they were moving in from out of state and the relative who viewed the house didn't realize there would be a problem.)  Today our leasing agent was at the house and reported that it looks like the carpets haven't been cleaned in years, he was shocked when we told them they were there on Monday.  We will be sending an employee over to take pictures.

They were on time.  They were very professional and very efficient.  The workers who showed up were very, very good.  I had no complications at all.  I would recommend them to others.
