SOFA MART

When I purchased the sofa and love seat back in 2010, I was told I would get a 5 year warranty on the cushions. I just called them today 12-12-2014 and told them that I was having a problem with two of the cushions. The material of the cushion covers is falling apart. The customer service rep told me they could not help me because the covers only had a one year warranty. I was not told this when I made the purchase and they made it seem like the entire cushion was covered for 5 years including the covers. Well I was upset to hear this but I asked if at the very least they would let me purchase a couple of covers and they said sorry but they are discontinued and they don't have any type of replacement available. Buyer beware. Don't be deceived by the claims of a good warranty. Even if the warranty was still valid, they wouldn't even be able to help me because the covers are discontinued. Terrible service, promises etc.
